Name Term Grade Level Global Problem Description

Global Problems
The Challenge 20/20 Program is based on the book High Noon: 20 Global Problems and 20 Years to Solve Them by Jean-Francois Rischard, former Vice-President at the World Bank, which can be ordered through the NAIS Bookstore. The 20 Global Problems are listed below, with links to related resources on TakingITGlobal that may be helpful for research purposes: Download the Challenge 20/20 Global Issues poster to post in your classroom or school!

About The Program
Challenge 20/20 is an Internet-based program that pairs classes at any grade level (K-12) from schools in the U.S. with their counterpart classes in schools in other countries; together the teams (of two or three schools) tackle real global problems to find solutions that can be implemented at the local level and in their own communities. Learn more about the program! All materials posted through this platform may be used by NAIS for marketing and display purposes, including video and pictures, and may be posted on the NAIS web site to serve as examples as well as on other websites such as iEARN's Connect All Schools.
